An area adapted to your desires.

The restaurant Le Diamant has 180 seats and can, upon request, transform itself for a dinner buffet with up to 240 guests. It’s perfect for weddings, communions, gatherings amongst friends, family reunions and all other types of celebration. The hotel has private rooms to welcome your guests for a welcome cocktail, an after-party, or a musical event in parallel with or in addition to your private event.

An emphasis on simplicity and authentic flavours

Here, the cuisine is healthy, tasty and seasonal. Fresh produce, cooked on that day, and in the kitchen; we know what to do and we do so generously: peeling, chopping, kneading and cutting using precise gestures. Our fresh attitude is hard work!... Here, the “Maître Restaurateur” label rules: the slightest frozen chip or the tiniest store-bought almond biscuit are not allowed anywhere near the range cooker...Everything or almost everything is homemade. So, in terms of products to make its recipes, the team at Le Diamant have simple tastes: they are satisfied only with the best. Simmental beef for its tartars, seasonal vegetables for divine gratins. And for those who are a little fussy, our veloutés rekindle the taste of soups. And desserts with the irresistible taste of childhood.

No half-measures for the menus

Whatever your project or your budget, our chef and his team can put on a great spread to imagine and concoct the menu or buffet, in order to meet the expectations of their clients that day. Prior to your event, they offer meal suggestions and will adapt to your wishes depending on your tastes and budgetary and gustatory constraints.
