The bar share the feeling of serenity

Take a seat to see and imagine the beautiful encounter between history and modernity, contemporary design and traditional craftsmanship. A silent dialogue is established, in shades of autumn colours, between the naturalness of solid oak and the elegance of worn leather, the patina of the wall, and the shimmering velvetiness of the carpet.
Here, the original and the unique are merged with spirit and lightness, creating a new way of life and receiving.

Did someone say Club?

With its leather armchairs, contemporary works of art and English club atmosphere, the bar recreates a friendly spirit by adding a personal touch. Here, every object, table and chair was chosen with care and rendered sublime by the hosts. As the spirit of the place is not an attitude or a décor. There is baroque and poetry in this minimalist furniture, worn over time, which has a history and says it all regarding the philosophy of the place: here, we welcome you like we would to our home, like when a friend turns up unannounced and you welcome him/her without any fuss.But with manners and a certain taste for harmony.

Like a little scent of childhood

With fantasy and an indescribable power to evoke our memories, the bar is extended by a library and a “games” room, when the snooker table stands alongside the bridge table. You can read, work in peace and quiet or mingle with the other guests for a moment of shared conviviality. Everyone will notice the unique scent of guest houses and boarding houses which adorned our childhood. A place that is a little outdated, when the smell of madeleines, tea or chocolate snacks floats in the air, or conversations scattered with laughter, which interspersed the chilly late afternoons, where we would snuggle inside after walking outdoors or a day of skiing.

What are you having?

The Les Vallées Hotel Bar places emphasis on local produce. Like the “Darou” draught beers, brewed by the company Madelon in Vosges, its selection of cocktails with or without alcohol, and its menu of local wines to be enjoyed by the glass.
And, as you should drink in moderation and with good company, the guests can order a platter of charcuterie to accompany their aperitifs.

Creating memories

The Les Vallées Hotel Bar offers wine-tasting evenings, for individuals or groups. An opportunity to get to know the vintage wines chosen by us.And finally, in both summer and winter, we organise a music event once a week for our guests, with local and regional artists. Perfect for turning an evening by the fire into a real fireworks display!.
